The Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP) was founded in 1919 in Malaysia, and is a professional body to help to promote and improve the Plantation Industry’s environment, as well as to provide technical skills and plantation management training, seminars, conferences and academic courses to the members in plantation profession. Currently, they have more than 6,000 members who are serving in the Plantation Industry across the world.
ISP is set to mark a significant milestone with the launch of its regional chapter dedicated to Africa. This momentous occasion will not only signify the establishment of a dedicated platform for planters in the African continent but also herald a new era of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices within the agricultural sector.
Purpose of the Launch:

Discuss key challenges and opportunities in the African Agricultural Sector

Highlight the role of the ISP in promoting knowledge exchange and capacity building among planters across Africa
